Hello folks. What's the news at PacBlue? Could anyone help me out with there bases, moral, crewing, wages and potential growth plans? Does VB's new EBA have any effect on there operation out of NZ? Any truths would be appreciated thank you.

They have lagged well behind the T & C's of the mother company across the ditch and only employ contract Pilots who in turn get shafted by the agency.Therefore lots of PB pilots joining VB.
It's initial expansion plans of 18 Ng's didn't materalize......lets see how many EMB 170/190 appear on the NZ rego.

A big thank you for the info. I'f you are a betting person, what's the changes of PB getting some Ejets in the future for there Pacific and possible internal NZ ops? :eek:
