MIG 21 rating

OK,had some good priced Mig's back in the Eastern Europe ,but don't know much about the maintenance and the whole thing about the cost etc.... Is there anyone that would have any idea about cost per hour ,maintenance req's , etc...and to fly the MIG-21 in the USA or Canada with PPL, what are the reqs?Type rating or what?

I think that if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it!
