Ive been living in the USA for 3 years where Ive been lucky enough to build 1700 hours (piston) with 500 hours of multi engine time(piston). I would really like to get into heavy equipment in India, China, The Middle East or Good old Blighty, but Im not sure which would be the best way to go about it.
I dont have a JAA license so I dont know whether to covert and then apply to the UK airlines from there ? or whether I should buy a type rating and some line experience with eaglejet.net and then apply directly to the Asian carriers ?
Its been a long time since ive had an idea of the current scene in the UK and Asia so I would be grateful if you guys could shed some light of what you consider the best course of action would be.
