hello everyone..im an airline pilot in europe.im quite courious to know how things go in USA for pilots as i hear all kinds of different things.

I was lucky enough to be sponsored by an airline to go straight to an A320 after flight school a couple of years ago.do things like this happen in the US as well?
would just like to know more about your experience in general.
