Hi,

I am transfering at Manchester from a flight with Aer Lingus from Dublin to a flight with Virgin to Orlando next month and I was wondering if it would be possible for me to be allocated a exit row seat at check-in at Dublin. I realise that these seats cant be allocated using online check in due to H&S reasons, but can Aer Lingus alocate these in Dublin. It is a VA issued ticket, so hopefully there should be no problem interlining my bag.

Thanks.

Seats can be pre-booked on Virgin Atlantic flights free of charge by calling the Reservations Department on 0870 380 2007 OR online through the 'Manage My Booking' feature.

H&S excuses. KLM allow assignment of exit seats online - I just chose one. They ask the questions on the Web, and I assume if you're caught lying you would get denied travel if another seat was not available.

ISTR, though, that VS charges for these seats?

Virgin Atlantic do charge for their exit row seats...£60 per seat.
