All three countries are high risk in terms of malaria.

It may be worth seeking expert advice, as some of the effective antimalarials are contra-indicated in pilots.

Others may be more suitable, but I'm not sure that you'll get the expert advice you need on here.

I'm pretty sure yellow fever immunisation is required for all three countries.

You need to get into the habit of prevention: long sleeves, pants, repellant, and avoiding where the buggies hang out. Interior repellants, some in sprays and some in those curly things you light up. Mosquito nets on beds.

Then I'd get a consultation at your country's tropical medicine specialists. UK has a bunch of them, as does US. Pretty sure your country will have them. The problem is that the prophylaxis meds are not usually advised for long periods of time, and, as stated, some are not compatible with flying. Most folks I know who live in such places have treatment meds on hand at all times, and there are some available there that aren't in western countries.

So all this is something your tropical med folks can help you sort out.
