Hi

Does anyone know the basic criteria for conversion of an ICAO CPL/IR to a Singapore one or a reference for the info.

Thx.

This topic has been discussed before, within the SIA cadet pilot threads and elsewhere, mainly within the context of working for SIA and other local airlines.

Nonetheless, a good starting point is here (http://www.caas.gov.sg/caas/en/Regulations_And_Guidelines/Guidelines_and_Manuals/AFO/Advisory_Circulars/licensing_aircraft_maintenance.html).

The particular document concerning licence conversion is found here (http://www.caas.gov.sg/caasWeb/export/sites/caas/en/Regulations_And_Guidelines/Guidelines_and_Manuals/AFO/Advisory_Circulars/download/AC_FCL-1_0.pdf).

In what consists the Special Assessment Paper to be exempted from the Technical Group of papers and ATPL Navigation Group of papers?
