Can anyone tell me if it's possible to transfer my Outlook address book from a laptop to another PC, and if so how it's done? Any help appreciated.

Thanks. It didn't work, I think because I'm trying to go from Outlook 2003 back to Outlook 2002. Should i try any of the other file types?

Have you tried going to the MS website and entering "export outlook contact" in the Search field?

I go to a hidden directory;
C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxx\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook where xxxxxxx is your user name.
That is where outlook stores the outlook office data file. (for user xxxxxx) I just copy this across to my laptop to sync the 2
