I think your right there. I was recently talking to a designer at Wastelands who told me that Future Lynx (both RN and Army)...In service date of C2014 and an OSD of C2050... would be the last manned helicopter the armed forces buy..... scary
Don't panic, the MoD is planning to spend £megabillions on a 25 year UKMFTS partnership.......
