The PELA (http://http://www.eurocontrol.int/humanfactors/public/standard_page/Pela.html) test is run by Eurocontrol for trainee Air Traffic Controllers. This forum is for trainee pilots. Are you in the right place, or have you been advised to take this test by a flight school? If so, you'll need to contact Eurocontrol via the link I gave.
