anybody knows how are the doing , r they hiring pilot , what does it look like working for them.

hi...... im currently work there A320/321 F/O im leaving soon but il tell u all about it.
1. salary stinks 2000$ basic pay and about 500 are deducted each month in tax and stuff
2. on avg. u get 2000$ flying allowance
3. 4 days off a month
5. 28 days ann leave
3. roster comes out every 30 of the month if it ever comes out in the high season they dont even bother
4. Caps think thier GOD's and CRM is not applicable what so ever, 99% of cap think that the right hand seat and the person on it are just for decoration and to fill space in the cockpit.
5. the cap is always right even if he says that mountain is a cloud, and he gets full support from the mangement
6.rules and opperation manuals mean nothing and can be changed or modified according to occasion
7. you are treated according to where ur from and who u know
8. everybody hates everybody
9.u can never get ur leave and if u do get it you owe them big time
10. ur will be required to sign a bond even if ur type rated and if u leave ur childrens children will keep paying for it

if u havent noticed i can go on for days but to sum it all up

its no place for a human being to wrok in

I am sorry to hear that ,rj should have been the best airline in the middleast , get the heck out man before its too late, if every f.o does that ,then they will reilize how important f.o are.
