Group 1 around 400K for max hrs, and Grp 2- 200 to 250K. it all depends how close you are to the schedulers.
Happy now, but lost 4 guys since after the increased. Another 320 Cap just recently.

yes pilots in uniform can do that with with cebu pac but only on domestic destinations. no deadheads for family, but 2 free domestic and 2 international tickets every year.

Pay for group 1 is around P250,000 to P300,000 net of taxes. You get the lower bracket for flying the normal 60 to 70 hrs. Of course you get the higher pay by flying more than 80 hrs. Base pay is around P130,000 net and you get about P100,000 to P180,000 net productivity pay depending on flight hours.
