Nice to see the Nimrod force can take another tasking comfortably in their stride

An article appears in the Sun and therefore it's factually correct........I am amazed and really saddened at the gullibility of some folk :rolleyes:

At the same time RAF Nimrod and AWACS spy planes scoured the desert for tracks from tens of thousands of feet above.

Who said that it was an MR2?

The answer would appear to be The Sun as only one of these aircraft that has windows.:}

Must have been an amazing upgrade to the AWACS to scour tracks. Do they use a branded scouring powder such as Vim?

It can't be AWACS, as the only operations they've done is to have their tonsils out!!!

Woz this a dig at the AEO/NAV/TACCO "captain" concept?
If so, more than excellent!!

Bad experience of the concept Shadow? I've seen it work just as well as a front end "Captain".

You wouldn't happen to be an ex-Nimrod Nav captain by any chance would you........?

AEOs are all part of the backend Captain "concept" too! Question is, would I admit to being one in public, and would an AEO be allowed to post on the internet without an intensive trg cse and no supervision?;)
