The Independant had a fair piece in their business news; http://news.independent.co.uk/business/news/article2314242.ece . I'm not sure whether to believe it or not, though, having read in Para 5, the UK has been named as one of four Airbus "centres of excellence", meaning that wing production at Filton, near Chester, and at Broughton in north Wales is guaranteed for the foreseeable future.
Maybe St David's Day was a good time to move Filton to Wales.
