If you could have a military aircraft overfly or visit etc. where would you like one and why?

I'd like one to visit every soldier or Royal Marine whenever they're in a spot of bother and call for some to "get out of contact", or whenever they need resupply, and that's in addition to every one called upon for some timely and rapid Close Air Support.

I remain an optimist

I'd like to see a B-24 flying from Leuchars to Bergen and return, routeing over Sumburgh, with my Dad and the remnants of his crew on board, because they had to complete the Sumburgh-Leuchars leg in a Dak last time, leaving their Lib behind as so much scrap.

MRA 4, anywhere.

Chance to change the metaphorical to the literal 'pie in the sky.'

:cool:

Victor Low over Devon.
Or....
Anything low level over the hill (helos, hercs or jets in particular), 1.5 miles west of Tiverton, Devon (has a little shed/shack and aerial on top)... to give me back the opportunities i used to have to photograph you gents (and ladies) low level over that hill... From the many times per day, its down to one or two times per week, if that now.
Notice to flight planners and pilots..... 755ft hill 1.5 miles west of Tiverton.... come and do what you used to do.... :{

Already been and gone... I saw the last Javelin fly by over Marham when it was doing it's farewell rounds... and I don't think there are any Hastings, Victors or Valiants left ... so that's it really.
