Does anyone have any info on green fees or membership fees at the Discovery Bay golf club? Or the cost DB rec centre (with the tennis and spa) etc?

Hi EEEdog, not sure on how much to purchase membership, but rentals can be in excess of HK$7000 per month. There are several crew who are already members, so getting a round with one of them shouldn't be to hard and will cost about HK$650. Normal visitor fee will be around HK$1400 for 18 holes. Joining the DB residents club doesn't offer you anything at the golf club except the ability to eat in the restaurant. There is a DB golf society and you can then get reduced green fees a couple of days each week.
Not a cheap option, but if you are living in DB and want to play every month or so, it is more convenient than travelling to the public course on Kau Sai Chau.

Also there is a Golf Society The Big Sai Wan which over half the members are CX pilots. Get together once a month for a round on one of the HK courses, good fun!!
