Essential: totally fluent French, SH know-how, training experience, experience on ops, simulator time (either user or operator), street cred in the SH world
Desirable: ex-Group Capt/Wg Cdr or similar rank/experience, SAR know-how, fluent German, good people skills; if you've worked in a NATO HQ you'll know what I mean. (Unless your name is Fatty Parks.)
Nice-to-have: experience of training media
Role: training department of a major helicopter manufacturer... no prizes for guessing who.. with specific team leadership role, not unlike project management. Expect 11 hour days.

Your French better be tip top or you'll quickly become combat ineffective. Full French social sy, removals and local agency help is likely to be offered to the right applicant. Enjoy France on a decent salary.

And it's very nice here.
