Hi,

I'm sorting out my emails and was wondering if this could be done with outlook express?

Say I set up a folder on my inbox which is called o2 and when my bill comes via email from o2 can it go striaght to the o2 folder without me having to drag it to that folder, I want to have a list of folders from different people so it's easy to find emails without the need to look at my whole inbox.

Tools/Message Rules/Mail and create the 'rule'. Do not create the 'O2' box in your inbox, but just in the normal 'local folders' list.
