Well, Alpha General is legit - it even has a website (http://www.alpha-general.com/en/about_us/about_ag.html).

The telephone number is probably genuine - +852 is certainly Hong Kong.

I hae me doots about the e-mail address of mrsrowenabentley though - might be a good laff to send her an e-mail, just to find out who/where she is (the reply will probably be from a hotmail address, just to add to the fun).

I bet you won't contact her at [email protected] ;)

It's a scam and works like this, emails sent out to people asking them to log in to their bank account via the link provided, the details of the log in are recorded and used to transfer money from the account. Your account is used to recieve these transfers, which you withdraw and send via Western Union or similar to these people.

When the withdrawls are noticed and reported the trail ends with you, good luck convincing the fraud squad of your innocence.:=

Don't email her - then they would have your confirmed email address and you'd be getting even more spam than you are at present.

It's an absolute 419 scam. All the hallmarks are there. The genuine web address is usually that, genuine. It gives credence to the scam. But you'll find contact phone numbers and email addresses don't tally.
Look how many people are scammed by Prof. Charles Soludo, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. And look how many Charles Soludos there are - freaking thousands of them!
And they use WU because it's untraceable.
Don't touch it with a bargepole.
