Can anyone cast any light on to the regulations or restrictions for conducting an FAA BFR flight review in the U.K. in a G-reg aircraft. (Please note the BFR will NOT be for compensation or reward). Thanks in advance.

Hi Heliman,

I was able to do my flight review in an EI reg heli in Ireland. As far as i know as long as the instructor is FAA and approved on type, the country of registration does not matter.

Hi Cullear1,

I was lucky to need my bfr at a time when Funfinn2000 was briefly located at Weston airfield, just outside Dublin. He has since gone back to Florida I think.
I just posted on here asking for someone who could sign me off.

Sorry not to able to give more help...
