The receipt of this Xmas gift is very much appreciated. However, your invoice of $200.00 for handling and shipping charges seems a little steep.
Many readers will appreciate Nick's gracious recognition of the European accomplishments. Nick says, and I quote; "The Europeans took a less ambitious approach toward the development of helicopters.
