Can anyone recommend a IFA in the Lincolnshire area who is familiar with the RAF? I am looking for mortagage advice in particular whether or not banks will base the loan amount on your current RAF pay alone or if they will take gratuity into account (I have 2 years to go to my 38 point).

Also - any top tips...?

Top Tips:

1. Do not use the HALIFAX in Lincoln, they are very poor and have cost me a small fortune in c*&k ups.

2. Do not use MUNDY's estate agent. See above!:=

Can give you the name of a very astute and flexible mortgage advisor, just pm me.
