Really annoys me when the CC do all they can to provide service but are let down by management. Currently trying to contact Korean air in Sydney re some lost luggage. Phone calls seem to go off into the ether. Access to email is restricted to some email forwarding system that to seems to go nowhere. ie does not return but no one acknowledges. How do you contact companies that have a virtual presence that do not respond?
