What was wrong with BA - I thought you were a happy bunny there with the huge improvements in pay and prospects following the purchase of ChippyFryer?
FR is very much word of mouth and personal recommendation - exMil is preferred, exRN better, but good luck anyway.

BA? I unfortunately do not work for BA which however is another consideration. Thought as much about the recommendation and background, but will persist and let all know.

FR tend to recruit ex fast jet pilots RAF or RN for the LHS, RHS tends to filled by self improver pilots, they don't like career change pilots and I believe that previous jet time is no great advantage. Interviews are held on an as required basis, they have recruited approx 10 F/o's in the past 2 years

They didn't specify a base or type when I was on the phone to them. Said it could be either the Falcon or Kingair. Settle for either!!

Good solid company, reasonable benefits (over and above getting paid for flying!).

More likely to start on the King Air. Interview fairly standard, no psychometric stuff, no tricks. Group session first, then one-one interviews. Just be honest, and be prepared for some ATPL type questions and why you want the job.

You'll get a good overview of the company from them on the day in the group session.

Falcons seem to attract ex-military types (which makes sense due to their type of flying). Right seat is attainable for low timers but preference for upgrading may go to guys having flown the King Air.

Teesside flies for the RAF and Bournemouth for the Navy (primarily).

Cheers.

Starting salary has just been raised and you will be bonded for one year on King Air/Falcon - short term 12 month contract. There after you move to full time contract with normal benefits/pension scheme/bonus etc.

2nd year FO salary now the same for both fleets.
