View Full Version : PPL to ATPL Theory (do i need to do CPL)

Hi guys, just a really quick question for you all, i will be completing my PPL license in Australian in the next 2 months, and have decided to take it all the way. Just wondering if I need to complete the entire CPL theory course before undertaking ATPL or can I can I just studying/sit for ATPL exams instead?

Also out of the 14 modules which ones demand the highest level of maths?

just took the advice i see on so many other posts and decided to learn how to use the search function... i found my answer

thanks anyway, i'm sure one day i'll find something that hasnt been asked already

I dont think the 'unanswered question' exists!

Mass & Balance required a fair bit of maths. Flight planning too, but no so much.
