I recently heard that one of the changes when CAA goes EASA will be that (SEP) type ratings will require a minimum of 10 hours training, so adding a R44 rating to your PPL (done on a R22) will require 10 hours of dual before you can do the checkride.

I've had a dig through the CAA and EASA websites, but can't find anything regarding this; I can't even find a date for the change-over. Does anyone know anything, or can anyone point me to information about any of this?
