First of all apologies if I am on the wrong forum, but I am after a quick response.
Situation:
Off on hols with the family flying to the sun with AF (leaving this Wed am - 18 Oct). Currently booked in economy but want to PAY to upgrade (if reasonably priced) to club.
Complication:
AF ticket sales says seats available, but won't sell me an upgrade because I have booked through a holiday company (rules is rules :ugh: ). Holiday company have no availability in club.
I don't understand AFs problem as anything I pay is pure profit less the difference in cost of club catering.
Any expert got an idea how to get out of this kafka-esque situation other than by purchasing 3 new club tickets?
TIA
EG
