They are apparently recruiting on the ATR but the website doesn't mention anything nor their operation of ATRs. Can anybody give an idea of cost of living in Auckland, New Zealand? Is it an expensive place to stay? Is it common to share accomodation there? About Air Pacific, has anyone had an experience with them, i.e good or bad, how is the maintenance, the management. Is it a relaxed atmosphere(one would hope being in the islands!). Thanks for any comments.

Air Pacific fly in Fiji...not sure what that has to do with Hong Kong.

Auckland is in NZ...not sure what that has to do flying in Fiji.

To answer your question Air Pac is contracting Captains from Mt Cook Airline (ATR operator in NZ) and will train local Pilots for the RHS.

You are right, it has nothing to do with Hong Kong. Is the fragrant harbour forum dedicated to hong kong? Anyway I am told about a position existing for expats to be based in Auckland and fly out of the Fidji on the ATR. I imagine we would then position there for a number of days. Anybody know anything about this?
