Privately owned Eagle, -B's and a -C - I don't believe that they're hired but a good contact is http://www.aerobaticsaustralia.com.au/wachap.htm (http://www.aerobaticsaustralia.com.au/wachap.htm) If the email there doesn't work send me a message and I'll sort you out.
The local aero club has a biplane on their website http://www.racwa.asn.au/index.html but closest they get is a Tiger or Chippie.
I've decided not to go to Perth that weekend - my holiday will be at Asses Ears http://www.assesearslodge.com.au/ earlier in the month. Reminds me of when I asked Budd Davisson when he was coming to Melbourne "But its not on the way to anywhere!"

Well, if you're going to be in Perth, then you may as well come on to Sydney. We've got an S-2C for hire at Camden. Only five hours from Perth (in a 767)!

I don't know why that email address didn't work but he'll answer his phone. You'll find that he's right in the centre of all the aerobatic activities in Perth.

Reminds me of when I asked Budd Davisson when he was coming to Melbourne "But its not on the way to anywhere!"

When she made the film of the Nevil Shute novel "On the Beach", about the aftermath of a nuclear holocaust, the lead actress, Ava Gardner, said at the time that 'Melbourne is the perfect place to make a film about the end of the world'".

Cruel Jack!
But that was nearly 50 years ago and we've fixed it since.
Best City in the World (http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2002/10/04/1033538761412.html) - Melbourne, with Perth in third place.
We'll get an S-2C sometime.
