I got chatting with a cabin crew member the other day and he was explaining the chain of means to maintain discipline on the cabin.

He did mention that there is a notice by the captain if the senior crew member warning is ignored. I would like to have a look at one of those notices without being rude to the crew.

Could some one you be kind enough to post one here. Do all of them have a common wording or does it change depending on the airline and the violation.

VIOLATION
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR ON BOARD THIS AIRCRAFT
FINAL WARNING

You have already been told by the Cbain Crew that your behavior on board this aircraft is unacceptable and may have been in violation of ### Law. With immediate effect:-

1. You must not drink any alcohol
2. You must hand all alcohol in your possession to a member of cabin crew (It will be returned to you when you leave this aircraft.)
3. You must not behave in a manner likely to:
-Endanger the safety of the aircraft
-Cause concern to crew or other passengers.
4. You must comply with the crew's instructions.

If you fail to comply, the Captain may decide to land the aircraft at the nearest availible location and offload you; you will be liable for the diversion costs and your ticket will be invalidated for further carriage. On arrival details of your conduct will also be reported to the police for possible prosecution. On conviction the in the ### you can be fined or imprisoned.
