If it is possible, I would like to know what aircraft type MyTravel are likely to use on the flight LGW-FUE-LGW next May. They have a fleet page on their Internet site which says they have a fleet of 24 aircraft. This shows the following aircraft and fleet numbers:
A330-200(x3)
A321-200(x3)
A320-200(x9)
B757-200(x2)
Not sure why these don't add up to 24!
I would guess it is more likely to be a 320 or 321, but confirmation of this would be appreciated. :)
Thanks

8 Months ahead is a bit hopeful! They could have gone bust by then! I have had my last 2 holidays, booked well in advance, totally b*gg*r*d about. The first, I had my flight time brought forward so that an 11.00 check-in changed to an 04.30 and on Thursday I am flying to Bari, not on the direct BA flight described in the brochure, but an indirect with the dreadful ALITALIA, out via Milan and back via Rome. On that basis I don't see much chance of you coming by a definitive answer to your question re your trip in May next year!

Hi,

Unlike the previous post, it is possible to give an idea of aircraft type. First of all, MyTravel are to post a profit of £50 million this year. MyTravel will most likely use the A320 on this route as this is the based type at Gatwick however, I am pretty sure Thomas Cook operated the flight for MyTravel tour operators this Summer.

For you information, all MyTravel Airbus types are fitted with comfortable, new, blue leather seats.
