Just out of curiousity, what are pilots at KA doing who got hired in early 2005? Which aircraft type do you fly, and have some of you made it to the left seat already or how far away are you from captaincy? The reason I ask this is because I interviewed at KA but finally decided to stay at my current employer for personal reasons. Thanks in advance.

I dunno what a "clever @ss" is, but I don't see it taking much less than 3-years all around. :}

Thanks for registering to reply to my post!! I feel honoured.. .

I meant it's happened within 3 years for those who were lucky I guess, otherwise 3. From now on... God knows what will happen....

Cheers

Seems the arrival of the -400 is about to create some movement and loads of goodwill; particularly with the recent announcement regarding European basings. Five or six aircraft over 3 years means at least 8 commands per aircraft...!

Oh come on Superdragon......KA will try to do what it always does. 2-3 commands per aircraft;)
They are currently complaining that just 1 captain being out sick is causing cancellations on the classic side:eek:
