Mini-bash in Oxford on the night of Thursday October 12th.
Would be interested to hear of any suggested venues (from those that know better).
If a Thursday is a bad plan for some - how about Friday 13th at Gatwick?

well gatwick aint as good a speakeasy as Oxford but i'll try and get over there. I can't make any promises at the mo, but it'd be good to do.

Sounds good, currently at EGTK at the moment and will be on the 14th. My knowledge of Oxford isn't great, and I havn't been to one of these before so I don't know where to suggest!

For those who haven't spotted (amazed that nobody has corrected me - this is PPruNe isn't it?), I got the date wrong.
Oxford, Thursday October 12th - Gatwick, Friday October 13th.
On the evening of the 14th I'll be back at the Mouse House (Orlando).

There is, apparently, some live music there on Wednesday evening (11th) if anybody wants to rehearse for the 12th - but minibash would be on the 12th (Thursday).
They tell me there is a piano in the bar - and my pprune buddy is a piano player - anybody got a guitar (and talent?).

Well, that's all gone wrong ! Left Oxford yesterday, now in Dubai and enroute to Uganda on Monday.
Looked a smart pub as well !
