Anyone who did this exam is welcome to describe in as much details as possible what happens during the eye examination...

PS: please don't refer to the caa website link..i have read it many times but i want YOUR personnal experience

I have one question : is corneal topography (eye scanning) conducted during the vision exam at the initial class one medical jaa done at Gatwick Uk-CAA ?
If not , then how are the laser eye surgeries detected (LASIK/PRK/LASEK) ???

The presence of Laser Eye Surgery can, apparently, be detected by an experienced optometrist using his standard kit.

Please check first with the CAA Medical Department by telephoning them.
