How does the hiring of DEFO's for the pax fleet effect DESO moving to Hong Kong and planning on staying in HK until Captain. Will it still be 3-4 years for upgrade to FO or will it now be longer. Or does it only effect those who want to move back to a home base. Also with the company needing more pilots wont this make the time to upgrade faster for SO to FO. I would like some info as I may be moving to HK in the near future to be an SO depending what the phone call is next week and how I do on the second interview.
