Piggies

Apologies if this has been covered recently, but I haven't been to AH&N for a while...
Looking at the pictures on the Museums thread, there was one piccie that looked like a re-engined Chinese B-29 with an E-3 style radome. Does anyone have any information?
I'm sure I heard recently that the Chinese are believed to still be flying some (presumably knocked-off) TU-4s. If that was the case, they must surely be the oldest combat aircraft still in anyone's inventory. Can anyone else hazard a guess as to the truth surrounding these dinosaurs?
