laserNigel's Belated Birthday Bash and Beer Trials at Stalybridge Station Buffet Bar.
FRIDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER, commencing circa 18.00 hours.
Make sure you are at this unique, never to be repeated (until December) event.
Itinerary
18.00 Hyde's Anvil Ales sampling, with Nigel and IB ( who is flying in from Spain for this event), acting as your guides in two local Hyde's pubs,(one of which has the shortest pub name in Britain), close to Stalybridge Station, where you can get a taste for what is to come.
Aprox 18.45 adjourn to the Phoenix City Chinese Restaurant for a meal (optional) or stay in one of the pubs and be collected by the diners on their way back to the station.
20.00 Beer Trials commence in the famous Stalybridge Station Buffet Bar, where real ales abound, until chucking out time.
If you are around the Manchester area on this date, come and see a few of us. We will even let you buy us each a pint!
You can leave the car at home and let the train take the strain, direct to the venue! Trans Pennine Express/Northern Rail services.
