Hi

I m a holder of F.A.A HCPL-IR all in Ronbinson 22 .Its being now 3 years to fly a helicopter and I need to make a F.A.A. BIANNUAL FLIGHT REVIEW and a F.A.A. IFR PROFICIENCY CHECK.(I.P.C)

Does anybody know where in EUROPE i can do my helicopter FAA Biannual flight review and IPC.

Stick,

What you are looking for is a FAA certified Helicopter Instrument Instructor. Since the H-II also holds a Helicopter Instructor rating they can do both for you. The IPC, I believe can be done in a helicopter simulator.
