i have 47 hours experience with 172 and about 3 hours with P-28 archer. If i start training to Mooney, is it very difficult to learn and i need more experience before even start it?

No, but you do need to take the learning thing seriously. Things happen considerably faster and you need to stay ahead. Other aspects of flying will probably be much easier.

You need to land the Mooney at exactly the right airspeed. If a bounce occurs, then a go-around is needed, don't try to salvage the landing. Many props have been bent already on this type.
