Especially interested in any photo's

ZigZagZog.
Your post caused a couple of corroded synapses to reactivate after 30 odd years.
i) Sabre Air appeared when SIA were already operating (having split from Malaysia-Singapoe Airways in 1971). Sabre Air was a completely independent business

2) From meomry this was purely a Charter Operation and the fleet was a single DC8 was a 63 Series. Gatwick was the London Terminus

3) The period of operation was very short (at least to Gawick), I suspect less than 3 Months.

4) A geek moment - The Balance Chart was completed by reference to printed indices tables for Passenger Cabin and holds based on load in compartments.

I do remember looking down the entire length of the Passenger Cabin and thinking this is a stretch too far!

Sorry no picture, but hope this helps

Ahhh, and a Pacific Western 707 in the background... and is it a Cambrian 1-11 behind! Nostalgia...
