Well it's pretty obvious that there is some surveillance going on. Nothing new there. Where I live, we have the police helicopter (a very expensive twin turbine fitted with enough gear to do covert SAS insertions in hostile territory :) ) hovering overhead, looking for all sorts of things with their night vision and thermal imaging gear.... never seem to catch any of the large number of burglars though.
