777 Cockpit question - phone?

I have a question about the beoing 777
there is a phone of some sort would just like to ask where it connects to my guess is that it is the tannoy/intercom to passengers? - in the cockpit as in this photo:

I guess it has the same functionality as the 744 phone system. Allows the making of general PA's or to selective cabins, or point to point comms to and from each door / galley / CSD's office / cabin crew rest area, engineer etc.
