I hear a VDA AN-124 is due in later today, apparently from Cape Verde.

Anyone know what it's bringing or picking up and how long it's staying?

I saw it decending over Bury and noticed that its wheels were already out with about 20 track miles to go, is that normal ?

i was driving 2day at about 1800 i think in the oldham area and i was wondering why the landing gear was already down. normally they dont come out until final and i must be at least 14 miles from MAN

When you've got that many wheels, maybe you just wanna make sure!

Still not departed MAN as far as I know.
