WOULD ANYONE BE SO KIND TO TELL ME THE STANDARD VALIDITY TIME OF A HK ISSUED LICENSE?? IS IT 10 YEARS? THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE EFFORT.

The answer is yes. 10 years from date as printed on your licence.
