Mrs SSOT - against my advice - has been watching "Celebrity" X-Factor. A participant in this excercise in shameless self-promotion is one James Hewitt. Having carefully examined his features, I cannot shake off the feeling that he looks very similar to a Very Public Figure. Forgive my ignorance, but is there a specific reason that no one talks about this? I believe that the currant bun ran a story last year regarding DNA tests and the parentage of said Very Public Figure. At the time the word 'whitewash' sprang to mind. I think Lord Hutton should investigate, pronto.

Oh God, here we go again. Why can't people just confine this whole sorry episode to the history books and forget it?

I haven't read one column inch about any of the subject, and I prefer not to have PPrune awash with it either.
