Does anyone have any current info on VLM. Routes, Crew moral, pay etc
Tried the search function and getting nowhere.:ok:

Their website - www.flyvlm.com is very good and shoud give you most of what you want on routes etc. Pay scales as per PPJN are accurate but pounds not euros as stated. Couldn't tell you about crew morale - I know they are working hard at MAN currently due to a lot of leavers though. They left for shiny jet jobs though rather than because they didn't like the company.

Having just gone through recruitment with VLM (and failed at the last hurdle unfortunately), I can give some info on the process.

Although I didn't get the job, was still impressed with most of the process. They also sent a personal PFO, which gets extra brownie points...

Oh well, back to the drawing board.:(
