That's what I love about it! The trendy lefty/tree hugging/ bat for the other side peaceniks have not a hope in hell of achieving their wants - it ain't the 60's - people really only care about themselves these days. Give war a chance!

Wars of Choice?

Can anyone come to the party?

Sorry but we are a bit stretched at the moment. How about the Royal Horse Artillery? Can't spare any choppers so there won't be a problem with the horses.

Australian commandos arrive in Dili and immediately ask the locals to dance!

I'm rather taken with the 'timesonline' spell checker - quote:
'......welcomed the Australian Royal Air Force plane with clapping and cries of "Thank God".'

Australian Royal Air Force?

I'll go with the God bit!

Amended to say that the white helmeted 'commando' above - LTGEN perchance - would have a little trouble erecting his humpy, what with all the gear he's got on board.

Maybe they shouldn't have left the first time around? Don't suppose the Irish Ranger Wing are going in again?

The fighting was always going to start again, was going on while I was there in 2004. Only difference was the UN (Aussie forces mainly) were there to hold their hands and wield the big stick. Don't matter that they will now get ****e loads of money from the Timor gap platforms, it won't get to Jose' Blow in the street.:ouch:
I wonder if the old homestead "Hotel Esplanda" survived the last lot of stray rounds.
I'm with you Eagle86, let them sort it out themselves, they have already had their chance. :ok:
