I would like some advice from anyone living in Milan.

Might be flying on a contract in Milan this winter and would like to know where is nice to live for a short period? Nothing too expensive i.e Don't want to pay more than EUR1500 per month.

Can anyone reccommend a nice place to live in Milan that is near the city and near public transport etc............

Grazie mille,

Ciao

Hi,

from which airport are you going to operate, Linate or Malpensa?

Most likely to be operating out of Malpensa!

I do not know your rosters/report times... but you have two options:

> Hiring a car for that period of time and parhaps rent a nice house in the Lago Maggiore area, Arona, Stresa, extremely beautiful places close to LIMC, so you are away from the caos of the big city of Milan (that I love anyways)... or;

> Live in Milan city centre, commute by train (Malpensa Express or Coach) from Milano city centre to LIMC... Quite efficient services actually, and not that expensive, I think, if you get a monthly ticket.
