Time of meals on BA

Shortly flying BA to Seattle depart LHR 1500.Wife now has medical problem and has to eat at regular intervals.Any idea what time meals will be served on aircraft please?

Shortly flying BA to Seattle depart LHR 1500.Wife now has medical problem and has to eat at regular intervals.Any idea what time meals will be served on aircraft please?IME, the main meal (in the back) is usually served about 60-90 minutes after takeoff, and then the refreshment is served about 90-120 minutes before landing. It can vary, but that seems to be the usual pattern.

I think there are snacks available all through the flight, anyway, so you needn't worry about lack of food.

Globaliser is correct re the timings and the availability of snacks.

However a suggestion would be that you take control of your wife's requirements and as a precaution against delays/diversion etc that could lengthen the journey you also take some provisions with you. Just as in the same way you would take your own medication - same thing really.
