Ingrown Toe Nail

Hi everyone. I am hopefully going to start at Stapleford Flight Centre in November. Before I do this I need to go and obtain my Class 1 Medical. I have an ingrown toe nail on my right foot, on the big toe. Does anyone know if this will stop me from being able to get the class 1 or will I be ok to go down with it. Get it cut out asap - they are atrociously painful if infected. Don't risk getting an infected bloodstream - lethal.

The surgical fix is fast, painless, and cheap. Post operative discomfort for me (2 occasions) was almost nil, I was wearing shoes again the same afternoon with no discomfort, and did a normal day's work the next day with no discomfort.

The cure was complete, it's about 5 years for me now since the first one, and I suspect that I'm going to have to repeat the procedure again soon, once every 5 years for total relief is a very small inconvenience for a very great gain.
